The couple running the shop are very friendly and helpful. The shop is clean and tidy and all equipment are well maintained. We rented ski equipment for 2 days. The price is very reasonable and the ski sets we got are in very good conditions. The staff there are very helpful to ensure the boots and helmets fit us well. They also gave us discount coupons for Ski passes in the snow resorts. I will definitely rent equipment from them next time.

Excellent ski hire shop right next to the lift ticket office. The kind of service you hope for when visiting Japan. I hired several types of ski over a week and was happy with the skis recommended for the conditions not much English spoken, but plenty of good service.

老闆及老闆娘親切並仔細的協助顧客找到最適合的裝備，行程其中有一天下大雨裝備全都濕掉隔天還沒乾，老闆非常友善的換了一套全新乾爽的裝備。讓我最後一天滑雪行程有了最棒的體驗！

The boss and his wife kindly and carefully helped customers find the most suitable equipment. During the trip, it rained heavily one day and all the equipment was wet. The next day, the equipment was still dry. The boss was very kind and replaced it with a new and dry set of equipment. It gave me the best experience on my last day of skiing!
If I have the chance to come to Akakura Hot Spring for skiing again, I will definitely come back🙏🏻

社長ご夫妻が親切丁寧にお客様に最適な機材を探してくれました 旅行中、ある日大雨が降って機材が濡れてしまいましたが、翌日になっても機材は乾いていました 上司はとても親切に交換してくれました新しいドライな装備セットを備えています。スキー最終日に最高の経験をさせていただきました！

离温泉滑雪场最近的租赁店，每天我们都在店里穿好衣服和鞋然后直奔雪场，结束归还也很方便，不用扛着所有装备走远路。每天滑完还好衣服还可以获得店主奶奶送的糖hhh！
