I always make go to these stores as often as I can when I am in Narita. They have a Good selection of items - I wanted to buy more. Staff were efficient and kind.

very nice clean and wonderful staff. I really enjoyed my time here I couldn’t remember what I bought from here but really love everything in this airport and I cannot wait until come back again and visit this airport. I’ll make sure to come early to enjoy everything in this lovely place.

They have displays of yamazaki 18 and Hibiki 21. It says Sold out. I asked if they knew when they would get more and the sales person said never. I asked why wouod they have a display, her response was because they looked beautiful. I asked if they expect delivery in a week, month, she said no, I asked 10 years, she said they will never get. I have hard time believing this. Bad customer service and attitude

The ceramic they sold to me was scratched but they refused to let me check the interior before check out. Then they said the sale is final.

Beware of their final sale policy and the fact that products sold here are much more expensive than other stores

Bought a postcard from here and paid by card, then realised I forgot to buy stamps. Went back to buy stamps and they told me ‘no we don’t take card’, even though I offered to buy something else as well to make any minimum payment
