We rented two solid bikes and helmets for three hours, no hassles at all. They even attached headlights, and served us tea when we returned. Shifting was smooth, and we had no problems ascending to views of Lake Chuzenji even starting at 14:00.

2021年7月、ダム巡り中にオートバイがパンクしてしまい、一番近いこちらのお店でパンク応急手当をして貰いました。初めての訪問客である私に対しても、親切に応対していただき、おかげで無事に帰宅できました。
お店の見た目は可愛らしく、昔ながらの輪業屋さんという趣きです。

We hebben hier electrische fietsen gehuurd om Nikko te verkennen. Ze kunnen ook een gids regelen. Het was een superleuke dag en we hebben heel veel gezien. Aardige nette mensen!

いつぞやは小来川（おころがわ）地区という山深い（？）里で前後の両輪が同時にパンクしてしまいにっちもさっちも行かない時に店長さんに電話を入れたらすぐに軽トラで迎えに来てくれました。

店長さんは間違いなく良い人です！

つい昨日、ロードバイクのパンク修理でお世話になりました。
パンクは初めての経験で、遠方から来たこともあってかなり不安でしたが、あっさり治して頂けたので助かりました。
スポーツバイク専門のお店ということもあって安心感があってよかったです。

電動アシスト付き自転車を借りて東照宮に行ってきました。お盆で道路は大渋滞でしたが、スイスイと快適でした。おススメです。

レンタサイクル利用。4歳の子供もいましたが、電動自転車に子供用のカゴイスを取り付けてもらえて、日光中坂道もスイスイでした。場所はIC降りてすぐで、市内から少し遠いかと思いましたが自転車なので観光地もすぐです。何より連休中でサイクルショップ出たらすぐに道は混んでいて、車を置いて自転車にしてよかったと思いました。好きなところにスイスイ行けて、子供も親も大満足でした。

We rented 2 electrical bikes. We were happy to reach Kegon Falls with them. I took a Panasonic blue bike, while my husband took a grey bike. The owner showed us battery life - it was fully charged for both bikes.
However, the grey bike battery died after only 10 km!!!!

My battery was showing 4 out of 5 lines at that moment. We were really disappointed so we left the bikes there and continued on bus and then took the bikes back to the shop but it was already 6PM. I would have given 1 star, but I give 2 just because the Owner was nice. He was not present when we returned the bikes so we could not explain the situation. We paid 4400 yen for 2 bikes from 1PM until 6PM.
