こちらのお店で寸法を測っていただいたうえで枕を購入しました。
気さくにいろいろと相談に乗っていただいて、納得して買うことができました。
枕の寸法を測るなどの際は、店主さんが不在だとできないそうなので、事前に電話連絡をすることをおすすめします。

先日、高齢の母が枕がほしいとのことで連れて行きました。いろいろ説明をしてもらい、頸椎のサイズ等も測り一番気に入った枕を購入しました。おかげで毎晩気持ちよく眠りに就けると喜んでます。とても親切に教えていただきありがとうございました。

先日敷布団のシーツを買い換えようとお店にあるか電話した。自分の欲しいサイズを言うとないとのことだったので、オーダーメイドみたいなものはありますかと聞いたところ、
ほかの仕事の間にやらないといけないから、
いつできるかわかりませんと言われた。
出来ないにしてもお客さんに対しての断り方をもっと考えた方がいい。
