高いけど高級蒲鉾です。

手作りだから必ず良いというものでもない。
汚い手で作ってる店も結構多い。
鼻をかいたり、汗が一緒に入ったり、ペチャクチャ喋って唾を飛ばしながら作るよりは機械で作る方がよっぽど美味しく感じる場合もある。
実際食べたが、他のメーカーと比べても遜色なく美味しい。また、色々な商品開発にチャレンジしていて面白い。
