大磯の国道沿いにある店。店構えは飾り気はないけれど隠れた銘店。
焙煎したての豆は良い香り。ばらつきもなく綺麗。そして味だが、酸味・苦みが出る前に焙煎を止めて甘めにふっている。砂糖やミルクを入れずにそのままゴクゴク飲める。2杯3杯とおかわりがしたくなる。焙煎技術がすばらしいのだろうが、ハンドピックがしっかりされているようだ。手間をかけないとここまで旨い珈琲はできない。
