My stay at Kamogawa Hotel was a much-needed escape from the bustling city. A mere 2-hour bus ride from Tokyo Station, the location strikes a perfect balance - close enough for convenience yet distant enough to evoke a true vacation vibe.

The hotel's atmosphere is a sanctuary for relaxation, making it an ideal spot for a staycation. The overall ambiance exudes tranquility, providing a serene break from the city rush.

The dining experience was a highlight; the dinner and breakfast buffets boasted a delightful array of dishes. Despite being a buffet, the quality of the food surpassed expectations, offering a variety of delectable options.

The onsen, an expansive haven, was a true gem. Multiple pools with different mineral compositions catered to various preferences. Additionally, the private onsen overlooking the Pacific Ocean added an extra touch of luxury to the experience.

The staff embodied the epitome of Japanese hospitality - consistently pleasant and exceedingly helpful. Their warmth contributed significantly to the overall delightful stay.

While the rooms were spacious and tidy, they did carry a slightly dated feel. However, this was hardly a deterrent given the other exceptional amenities.

The convenience of the shuttle service to the train station was a definite plus, making travel arrangements incredibly easy.

Overall, Kamogawa Hotel offers a haven of relaxation, excellent service, and a culinary experience worth savoring, making it a top choice for a serene getaway not too far from the city.

Nice spacious hotel visited by members of the Imperial Family in the past. Fittings in the hotel is vintage-looking. Toiletries are all provided for & it has massage services and onsens. It has an in-house shopping plaza, an arcade and a karaoke room. It is near to the beach which is less than 5 minutes away from the hotel.

This was originally a very famous luxury Ryokan. They maintain the same excellence now that they have became a hotel.
The Dining Room is open to the public. It offers a refined dining experience not available elsewhere in Chiba.
Although the menu variety is limited, it is all made with the best ingredients and prepared to perfection.
Only Lunch is a la carte. Breakfast and Dinner are buffet style.
The service is heavenly.

Great place for drop-in onsen (日帰り温泉 - higaeri onsen). Just under ¥2000 total for a towel and access to the onsen, sauna, and hot tub facilities. Very friendly staff, and beautiful facilities. Highly recommended spot if you're looking for a place to clean up and relax after the beach before driving home. Even if it's a bit of a drive.

Didn’t had a chance to stay but the food is outstanding! We had lunch and the beef stew was melt in your mouth and the flavor is beyond. The price is not too expensive as well.

Very nice place to enjoy the summer with kids,,, the view of ocean fro the hotel window is amazing,, big open air bath, i really like the dinner semi fine dining in the restaurant service is good the stuff is friendly the foods is 100% great delicious,,,
Its near at the sea world so the kids can also enjoy the aquarium while stying at the hotel,,

old but very beautiful seaside impressive hotel staff very warm and friendly. I saw pictures of a hotel where Japanese kings and queens came.

Good view, hospitable staff, good entertainment, good food, great hot bath. Really worth the trip!

Beautiful view of the ocean, great service and the hot spring was clean and wasn’t crowded.

とても良くホテルですね。
バイキングの肉祭りは子供も大人も満足でした。肉祭りでもしっかり海鮮も。鯛のお刺身は特に美味しかった。

老朽化してる所も見られましたが、天皇陛下も泊まられたことがある格式の高さと、ファミリー向けのバイキングなどの雰囲気と両方感じれます。

関東周辺でプール付きのホテルを探してる子連れ親子にとっては最高のホテル
建物は古いがプールで遊べるのでデメリットはないも同然
駐車場整理の方も暑い中お疲れ様です。ビュフェ席の案内の方も素早く片付けくれて助かりました。スタッフさんはみんな親切。ありがとうございました。

プール。少し深いプールと浅いプールがある。パラソルとベンチは豊富にある。水シャワーもある。チェックアウト後でもプールで遊ぶのはok。脱衣所は大浴場を使ってOKだが入浴は不可（別料金）。気温たしか35度だったがプール入れば気持ちいい
あと宿泊費が安いのもgood

悪い
建物が古い。今と建築基準が違っていたためか、階段でしか行かれない場所や廊下の狭さ、異様に早く閉まるエレベーターなど。
でもプールで楽しく遊べるのですべて帳消し。
