お客の目線でお店を作ってないと思います。
倉庫？物置のような雑然とした店内。雪の降った寒い日だというのに店内は暖房もついておらず、出入り口近くの寒い席で長々と30分は待たされる。
査定に大体どのくらい時間がかかるのかの案内もなし。品物はさっさと裏に持ち込んで、査定しているところを見せもしない。
あれならいくらでも誤魔化せると思う。
予めレートを問い合わせて自宅で枚数を確認した上で切手を持っていったが、聞いていたレートより安い額で買い取られた。
ダイヤも持っていったが、予め4Cと共におおよその買取価格を問い合わせしていたにも関わらず、問い合わせた時の半額を提示された。
問い合わせからは1.2週間ほど。4Cなのだからクラリティのランクも当然記載があり、記載の通りに伝えたにも関わらず｢内包物が多いので…｣｢この内包物だとこの相場が…｣意味がわからない。電話で4C伝えた上で概算を聞いたのに、問い合わせた意味が無い。
問い合わせた時も担当者不在のため折り返すと言いながら折り返しなし、結局こちらがかけてやっと繋がる。かなり対応が悪い。もう行きません。
