味よし値段よし店主も話しやすく、とても良いお店です。

お店のマスターとお話しました。86歳（2022年3月27日現在）で現役です。先代の頃はレストランを経営していまそうで、当時の看板が残っています。ヒノキの看板で、彫られた部分には銀箔が施されていたそうです。現在、手作りこんにゃくを作っているのは、近畿でここだけのようです。材料は群馬や茨城産を使っているとのこと。やめようと思ったこともあったそうですが、取引先から引き止められて続けているそうです。跡継ぎもおられないので、マスターには頑張ってもらうしかありません。近くにお寄りのさいは、一声かけてみては？
