近所の隠れ家的な自家製酵母のパン屋さんです。
なんと！全日本パングランプリ受賞されてる
パンのお店です。（ドングリパン）

1週間で5時間しか営業しないのでレアで行けたらラッキー♫
お値段は少し高めに感じるけど、今まで食べてきたパンの中で1番美味しいと言っても過言ではないかも。
身体に優しいパンの味です。
実家に帰るときに母へのお土産で持っていくと、ここのパン以外食べたくないとも言われます。

好みもあるとは思いますが、営業時間とタイミングが合えば是非一度お試しあれ。

カフェ温々さん敷地内な『かぎろひ』さんにてパンを発見！

『自家製酵母有機麦味噌と無肥料自然栽培玄米パン』を購入しました。

トーストして何も塗らずに食べてみたら、麦味噌の香りがふんわりと感じられて、滋味深い美味しさ！トーストしても柔らかめで、ハードパンとはまたひと味違った美味しさに目覚めました！
