I have rented minivans from Sasebo NEX Rental Cars multiple times. This time I was greatly disappointed. I had gotten toll tickets for a Fukuoka trip for my first day of the multi-day rental. When I went back to get toll tickets for my Nagasaki trip, I was told that they recently had a management meeting and can no longer give out more toll tickets due to cost. I was not informed of this prior to my rental. I could have had multiple separate rental reservations for my multiple trips. I could have planned my trips differently or gotten toll tickets for a further destination to cover my two day trips. Overall very disappointing. If you are renting, make sure you get enough toll tickets to cover all the places you plan to visit when you pick up your car, because they will short change you otherwise.
