チャイルドシートをレンタルさせていただきました。
レンタルショップでレンタルするのは初めてだったのですが、お電話の対応も、店舗での対応もとても親切で感じもよく、良かったです！
取り付けの際も、横で一緒に教えてくださってありがたかったです！

電話対応も接客態度も悪い印象しかありません。電話ではチャイルドシートの取り付けもしますよ。と言っていたのに、当日は説明書ありますから。と冷たく言い切り、取り付けも結局してくれませんでした。二度と利用したくありません。最低最悪です。こんな所にリピーターいるんですか？その接客で本当よく成り立ってますね。
