오피스텔은 모르겠지만, 방음이 안될 수가 없는데요. ^^ 창문을 열어두어야만 밖 세상에서 어떤 일이 돌아가는지 알 듯 말 듯해요. 위아래옆집에는 누가 사는지 관심갖지 않으면 모를 정도로 소음은 커녕 고속 엘리베이터 4호당 2대를 쓰기에 마주칠 일도 거의 없습니다.

음식물쓰레기는 해당 층 복도에 비치된 처리기를 통해 지하로 내려가는 형태라 음쓰가지고 엘베 탈일 도 없고요.

뷰는 많은 부동산앱을 통해서도 확인하실 수 있듯이 사방이 뚤려 있어서 고층으로 갈수록 좋은 건 두 말할 나위 없고요.

사통발달교통, 주변 구립문화체육센터, 수영장, 도서관 등은 물론 열정도, 용리단길까지 두루 누릴 수 있어 좋아요.

고층부 사방이 뻥뚤려서 뷰도 좋고, 1호선 남영역, 4호선 삼각지역 가깝고, 다리 건너면 바로 여의도, 남산 조깅코스도 가깝고 좋네요

삼각지 고가를 보며 남산타워와 서울시내구경하며 짧은 산책 ~~~

보안이 철저하고 상가도 잘 되어있습니다.
