Seongbuk - dong bread factory

I went there with no expectations, and I'd say their baked goods were pretty good! We tried a few including their whipped cream pandoro, and pandoro and cream cheese brioche were all very good. A bit pricey, but understandable given its hype, location, and the view. Valet parking available.

It is attractive that the employees always come to work early in the morning and make fresh bread with their own fermented dough, so you can eat it with greater satisfaction. That's why I wanted to introduce this place to you. It opens at 10a.m. and closes at 10p.m. The price range is about 10000~20000won. Its signature menu is whipped cream pandora, which is limited to 400 units sold per day. Next to this bakery, There is also a Seongbuk-dong Myeonok restaurant run by the same owner. So it would be good if you enjoy sweet desert after you have a meal in Seongbuk-dong Myeonok restaurant. Oh, I forgot to describe the taste! As I expected, it's like chewing freshness into bread. Things that should be crunchy are always crunch, and things that should be soft are fluffy like a cloud. It is also spacious and comfortable place at about 7116.63sqft. I liked eating bread while sitting on the soft sofa located between the first and second floor. Not only the interior luxurious and comfortable but there is also a terrace outside where you can breathe clean air while eating bread. The only thing that is a bit disappointing is a relatively high price. I could not find the menu below 5000 won. But all of them ensure the high quality, so I recommend you to visit here someday.

This is a real big bakery and they make all special breads inside. They have a spacious place to have bread and coffee. It is a bit expensive. Usually there is a long wait to buy breads so it is better to find a table to seat first ! I had sweets bread with the iced americano here. It was so good and if you go this place, i would recommend you to visit a very famous temple near here Gilsangsa.

All very tasty, a feast for palate and the eyes. A bit pricey, but worth it.

We got there late do obviously our options were diminished. Such a great balance in the pastry (that I took home) and desserts...just enough sweet but not to much to overpower the other flavors. Yum!

Most breads are tasty except salted bread. Montblanc and other signatures are superb!

Coffee may not taste well, but bread was very delicious. The taste is so good. It's the best for dessert. The traffic conditions around here are very bad.

So, you just finished a few hours of hiking through mountains around Seoul, and you're craving a coffee and pastry. This is your place! Great food and ambience.
