After reading through these previous reviews, I believe some people are forgetting they are in a non-English speaking country. Therefore, since the staff speak limited English, they may come off as rude.

Clothing wise, the clothes are on trend and many are priced quite reasonably. Not the best quality overall, in my opinion very similar to H&M quality. However, still very nice looking clothes. Shoutout to the lady (worker) wearing the pink sweater, she was a g and very approachable!

Many of these comments don’t realize you CAN try on clothes just not t shirts and white colored tee. The staff speaks limited English so might come off rude, but they were very nice to me. They often walk around fixing pieces after you try stuff on to keep the store organized.

Aside from this, by far some of the trendiest pieces I’ve ever seen. The price point is excellent, with more expensive options to fit your needs. Don’t let the experience deter you from going here

very good clothing. interesting that you can’t try on t-shirts and knits but since the prices aren’t as i high i think it’s ok. very nice staff and bring you the fresh unpacked clothing when you buy it

They have really good clothings, however weird policy of only allowing customers to try pants. Honestly felt as if i was not really welcome when refused the request to try a normal t-shirt.
Personally, i do not buy clothes without being able to try them on. Especially if I am buying in the store.

Store employee was unfriendly and knocked on the dressing room door after 5 minutes to tell me to hurry up. This is not standard practice in Korea. When I was trying on shoes the employee would not let me wear both pairs for much time so I ended up buying the wrong pair, which I cannot even return or exchange. Overall the people working here do not look happy. It is a shame because overall the clothes here are nice but the shopping experience is poor.

가게 직원이 불칠절하고 탈의실에서 오분만 있엇는데 서둘어서 나오라는거에요. 신발도 신을데 직윈이 두쪽다 못신게해서 잘못사고 구입도 못해요. 전체적으로 직원들이 별로 행복하게보이지 않아요. 아쉬워요 옷은 살만하지만 경혐이 너무 별로여서.

RUDE AND SHADY BUSINESS. They never give you the product you bring them they say they give you the “same item” that’s in the back. Well I get home and suddenly that item I liked and tried on in store fits and looks differently. It’s boxy and cheap quality. I went the next day to return it and the bottle blonde guy starts yelling at me “WHY! WHY RETURN. NO RETURN” attempting to intimidate me. I had to exchange for a different item and it was the same situation all over again. It had a completely different fabric and didn’t even look the same. Just don’t come here. The price is really not worth it for a bait and switch scam

I recently visited Space Moris, and I must say that my experience was far from pleasant. If I had the option of giving a rating lower than 1 star, I would have already done so.

The counter staff at the store was extremely unwelcoming and unprofessional. Throughout my visit, the staff member who served me had a frown on his face and did not utter a single word. When I attempted to try on some clothes, he snatched them out of my hand and handed me only the jackets, stating that trying on t-shirts was not allowed in the store.

Even during the payment process, the staff member remained indifferent and unhelpful. He scanned my items without saying a word, made no eye contact, and tapped the screen to show me the price. When I handed him my card, he simply tapped on a piece of paper on the counter, indicating that I should read it. He then returned to his desk and resumed his activities, without any further communication.

When I received my purchase, the staff member merely wrapped it in a plastic bag and placed it on the counter without uttering a single word. This level of disinterest and rudeness is unacceptable, especially when the quality of the clothes does not justify it.

Overall, I would not recommend Space Moris to anyone, as the store clearly lacks basic customer service skills. The staff needs to learn how to provide a welcoming and hospitable environment to their customers. I hope that the store management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements, as this kind of behavior is not acceptable in any business.

The staff attitude like trash, should have seen his attitude when asking the price or even telling you cannot try the clothes on.

J’ai jamais eu une mauvaise expérience chez un magasin de vêtements. Les agents m’avaient refusé d’essayer un shirt. C’était vraiment mal poli. Je ne peux pas imaginer d’acheter un vêtement sans essayer. C’est ridicule.
