SLOW OVEN

I’ve combed through so many bakeries in Seoul and so far, no place has topped this bakery. Their top tier items that you can truly get nowhere else are their Laugen croissant (think of a pretzel and croissant), mochi milk bread (sells out very fast!), and pretty much any of their artisanal breads—their chestnut or fig breads are excellent. Everything else, like their plain or chocolate croissants, kouign amann, etc, are also of great quality and taste!

Phenomenal! VEGETARIAN/VEGAN FRIENDLY! YESSSSSS, finally. One of the most delicious bakeries I have ever been to. The staff members know their products/ingredients/methods extremely well and are proud of their creations and business concept, so do engage them. I definitely prefer their loaves of bread (just plain, with nothing on it -- delish!) over their pastries and other items, but they did have some delicious scones one day. It seems their menu changes day to day. Anyway, excellent. Everything from quality of ingredients to presentation.

롯데백화점 지하 1층으로 들어오는 경우 왼편으로 가면 찾을 수 있다. 크리스피크림 바로 옆 매장인데 특히 식빵이 찬 괜찮은 곳이다. 내부에 앉아서 먹을 수 있는 테이블도 비치되어있다. 하지만 생각보다 빵의 종류는 그렇게 많지않았다.
