매우 불쾌했음. 의자 구매를 위해 매장을 방문 했으나, 각자 자리에 앉아서 응대는 커녕 "귀찮게 왜 왔지?" 하는 느낌이 들게하였음.
의자에 대해서 설명도 대충 대충 질문, 하나 하려하면 말 끝까지 듣고 질문하라는 둥 내가 지금 교육받으러 온 직원인지, 고객이 맞는지를 의심하게 하는 태도로 일관하였음.
