This is a great place to know more about Korean Ginseng. The place is big and is has many lecturing rooms to share about Ginseng. At the end they staff will sell all type of Ginseng. I find it very good and an educational visit. On top of that, we bought some of the Ginseng products. Will come again next time

Looks luxuriously great and feels good, but well, the price may be added with commissions with the tour group I came with. But on second tots commission is just the way it is. Either they have it or not. Their product is great. All in all, great services with tax refunds.

Too expensive!

Ginseng tour & 2022 Korea ginseng award store.

If you're looking to purchase ginseng or to learn about the agriculture and development of Korean ginseng, I'd recommend this location. However, because we joined a tour for this Korea trip, the tour guide is pressuring us to purchase products. He went on about how he lives off of these commission and this tour is sponsored by these gingseng and liver supplement companies. He had the audacity to say he's not pleased with us for not purchasing anything and that he has a family to feed. Unbelievable. I really don't like the way they pressure customers. This experience ruined my trip. With the convenience of data these days, we can just travel ourselves without tour pressure.

The hardselling by the staff is absolutely ridiculous. Even after you say no to more products (even after purchasing some!) they insist on making you buy some more, and it borders on harassment at some points. They even suggest that you have underlying health problems (all cold readings) to convince you that the purchases are necessary. The tour at the beginning was mildly informative, but on hindsight it was really just a primer to try to convince weak minded fools to buy more. Do not recommend, do not come unless you enjoy having people push products you do not need onto you.

Part of the tour group visit; the sales associates in the separate rooms are extremely rude. They try very hard to sell and is very rude to customers.
