TAMBURINS Samcheong Flagship Store

Very interesting and wide variety of original scented hand soaps, perfumes, moisturisers and lip balm. Staff can speak good English and explain their products well. Highly recommend you to stop by and have an experience!

First time visiting @Tamburins in FS Samcheong location and also my first time set foot in any Tamburins stores. I have been collecting perfumes for ages and it’s always nice to try something different. We don’t have access to Tamburins in Denver so it was a perfect opportunity to see what the fuss was all about. The interior layout of the store was beautiful and bright but that wasn’t what prompted me to leave a review. We were assisted by this young lady named Hong Ji Yoon (hope I got her name right). Ms. Ji Yoon took her time explaining all the scents that she thought I might be interested in based on my preference and she even went into detail about the main ingredients of each scent. You could tell that she truly adored the brand. Thanks to Ms. Ji Yoon, I walked away with my first bottle of Tamburins perfume. This level of customer service is what I look for when shopping for luxury. Bravo, Ms. Ji Yoon!

The Tamburins here was excellent! Really good customer service, and very helpful. I think most if not all can speak English to help you find your perfect Tamburins scent.

Furthermore, one of the personnel was really helpful and patient in introducing the various fragrances, such that I went back to her specifically to buy one of the fragrance she introduced. I would highly recommend asking staff for recommendations as they are very knowledgeable about the fragrances.

Do also look out for the product exhibitions at level 3 and level 4 as well!

If level 1 is too crowded, there’s also level 2 which tends to be less busy. Overall, it was such an amazing pleasant shopping experience and I'll be sure to visit again next time I need a new signature scent.

The staff is kind not not push us, left a long time for us to decide.

the store was quite crowded but the staff was very professional. on floor 2 and 3, there was an exhibition there but i felt awkward when nobody was there, only me and the staff

這家的產品都好香好喜歡
香水價格滿正常的，護手霜就稍微貴一些
另外還有蠟燭等等的產品
護手霜我覺得送禮好物品👍
有15ml跟30ml的約台幣4~9百左右
可以在櫃檯瘋狂試味道，跟店員說你要的品項會記在小單子上
物品不是陳列在架上自己拿的
是要拿黃色小單拿去結帳櫃檯，他們統一出貨
店內可以直接免稅的很方便
買超過金額店家也會協助拆成兩單結帳👍

日曜日でしたが、混んでいなかったので、
ゆっくりと香りを選べました。
女性店員さんが１つ１つ香りを嗅がせてくれました。
ホワイトダージリンを購入。
素敵な買い物ができました。

先日伺い女性スタッフの方に接客して頂きました。日本語で対応していただき、フレンドリーでとても気持ちの良い接客で、旅の良い思い出になりました。おすすめの香りを選んでもらい香水とハンドクリームを買いました。使うのが楽しみです。

狎鴎亭は行列ができているようですが、こちらの店舗はすんなり入れます。
日本でネット販売で購入するより断然安かったです。

安国駅から山のほうに歩いてお散歩がてら…
自分が滞在していた近辺で1番近そうなタンバリンズがここでしたので行ってきました。
行く時は景福宮の方から行くと坂道がないからオススメ。

店内は韓国人よりも中国人がどわっといました。多分日によるんでしょうけどね。
購入したいものが決まっていれば近くにいる店員さんに声をかけるスタイル。今回はハンドサニタイザーを購入。3種類あったけどおすすめ聞いたりしたら気軽に話してくれます。購入カードに「일본」って書いてくれました。
アルコールの匂いはありますがやはりいい匂い…テンション上がります。もう少し近場にあったらいいなぁとは思いましたが、また次回渡韓した際には買い物に行きたいです。サニタイザー安いのでお土産に最適！

通りかかって入ったらディップティックの様な香りのハンドクリームがあったので１つ購入しました。

캔들 전시회 작지만 귀엽다 먹 향은 너무 신기
