I recently visited the largest Apple Store in South Korea located in 명동, and my experience was nothing short of outstanding. I cannot say more.. This Apple Store is just amazing! I came here during my visit to Seoul to change the battery of my iPhone 13 Pro. The staff is so nice and helpful. The store itself is also very big and have an amazing design.

I reallt wish Apple to open its Apple Store in Indonesia, my country. There is not any Apple Store there and the authorized service center (iBox) is just sucks! They do the price as they want. In fact I fixed my phone at Apple Myeongdong half the price of one quoted in iBox. It tooks only 1 hour, while in Jakarta it needs one week!

Apple Store in Myeongdong has good ambiance. The employees were very nice and friendly. They were very helpful too.

An Apple store at the city centre of Seoul between Myeongdong and City hall with a dedicated and hardworking staff, and among them there's a genius blind guy who is in-charge of sales. We really appreciate their kindness.

My daughter is 7 and does digital art. She wanted to buy the Apple Pencil with the money she made from modeling, so I took her to the closest store to us.
The staff is very lovely. From the moment you enter you are greeted by not just one person, but multiple people and they all look happy to be there. I think that is the most wonderful part.
The person that helped us, helped me removed the cover on our ipad and found that it actually wasn't cracked, but just our screen protector (forgot we had one on) was cracked. He then proceeded to clean it all up and put it back together for us.
Then he took time to show us how to connect it to the Ipad.
I really appreciated him recognizing how important it was for my daughter to open the package herself and try it first.

**If you go on the second floor you can get a great view of the Christmas lights across from it. Due to the bus stops that are on the street in front you can't see it well otherwise**

We have never experienced such a kind and awesome tech service that we received yesterday here. The I-phone screen was stucked and seems to be impossible to recover without losing the files in the phone but they made it!! Thanks and blessings to the technician Paul for his wonderful work and Sang on the 1st floor for his very kind help and all the staff!!

I have never had this great service in my whole LIFEEE!!!! I loved everyone who is working at there. So kind, detail-oriented and informative while going on great atmosphere. Lastly, the guy who made the small talk was extremely professional and I admired him how he good at his job. Small talks never been pleasant, but in there maybe you can get it. It is shame that I couldn't get his name to show off but thank you so much. Loved it.

I bought an iPad Pro and a cover, but they give me a cover for iPod air. I noticed it only at home, so I had to use a taxi from another city to exchange my item.

Updates: exchange item is a bit hassle, but manager Han Hans did his best for me and I left this shop with positive feelings. So I’m changing one start to five. Thanks dear Hans 🙌

I had a problem that is quite shameful for a brand like Apple. But I had very good after-sales service at the Apple Store in Myeondong, which took time until a solution was found.

Was there last Friday hoping to see the new iPhone however it was not released in Korea yet.

Friendly and helpful staff. We went there to purchase an iPhone 13 Pro Max for my wife, had troubles with our credit cards, they patiently let us try all our credit cards one by one, we ended up buying cash but still they were nice enough to direct us to the nearest exchange office.
