Kazzhol Hotel Astana

Very comfortable and beautiful hotel. The room was clean and luxurious feeling. The hotel's restaurant also has good food, and their menu has a great selection of vegan dishes. The menu marks items as vegan or gluten free, so it's easy for people with special dietary needs to find something. The location is also convenient. It's walking distance to essentials like banks, shopping and public transportation, as well as tourist destinations like the national museum, the Hazrat Sultan Mosque (the largest mosque in Central Asia), and the palace of peace and reconciliation.

These days most of the hotels you can find around the world have similar level of facilities, rooms, meal and etc. This hotel has a well-cleaned and comfortable room and well-designed bathroom with a bath tub. Nothing is extraordinary. However, I give 5 stars to this hotel because of people working there. From the receptionsit to the waiters, all of the workers are very kind and willing to give hands to clients. I recommed you to stay in this hotel especially if it's your first visit to Nur-Sultan (Astana).

We had a great time here. The staff was kind and helpful, the breakfast was plenty, various and tasteful. The bar is quite expensive and the spa could be better, but all in all it definately worth the money.

Affordable, spacious rooms. Friendly staff, nice breakfasts and good conference facilities and support. Great price-quality combination. Restaurant Ferghana on the first floor serves great horse beshbarmak.

Great hotel and not in the city, so surrounded by local shops, codfee and pubs. Do try Hunter Bar (50m away) for a great local meal and a drink.

I have been there for conferences and workshops. Good rooms for that purpose. Friendly staff, very clean.
