The best living complex with best conditions for your comfort. You can find there a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, Shopping Center etc. Also, there are huge playgrounds for kids! In two words "everything is comfortable"! I would recommend highvill for everyone.

Really nice place, I have a flat there facing the American Embassy, from the large parking space to the digitally controlled home everything is quite good.
Have a noisy neighbor upstairs but aside from that really quite good lots of shops and landmarks around.

Quite best view in town on the upper floors, towards the Presidential Park/river - beautiful sunset. Really nice apartments, superfriendly staff. Security everywhere. A little bit noisy (traffic....not because of the neighbors). Minimarkets, hairstylist, restaurants, pharmacies, laundry aso everywhere around.

This is the best place to book and stay at in Astana. I absolutely loved my stay there. Sparkling clean, comfy and so well thought in every detail.

Variety of restaurants, best international grocery- interfoods- with lots of local prepared foods that are delicious. Hair, nails ect.. great variety.
