The Ritz-Carlton, Astana

I do not have enough words to fully articulate the appreciation I have for this hotel. The staff is beyond incredible and they do whatever is possible to ensure your trip and stay goes smoothly. They pay attention to every possible detail ensuring your stay is memorable.

Ritz Carlton Astana is probably the best option in the city and I enjoyed my stay here over Christmas immensely. The views are fantastic, great staff especially in club lounge and at breakfast most notability Madina and Ramil. The Club Lounge is a nice restful place that has a good range of food presentations throughout the day, my only comment is that the selection of drinks, while adequate is not especially high end, e.g Prosecco only and mediocre wines, unlike some of the European/Asian RCs. Storage space (esp. wardrobe space) in the rooms is quite limited due to the design but otherwise everything is excellent. Lobby lounge and restaurant for breakfast with a view. The mall and restaurants around it are very nice. I would stay again for sure.

It was amazing experience. The best service I’ve ever had at the hotel. The check in person Aigerim was great! Very polite and helpful. The room was big and super clean. It was well equipped. You can control everything from your bed. I really liked the blackout window shades, since Im a light sleeper. I couldnt see a thing!
The downstairs bar has great cocktails selection.I can go on and on about this hotel, so great! Looking forward going back there again…

Really awesome experience and the view from my room was so amazing! Everyone is super kind and makes you feel at home! Breakfast is also yummy so it's worth waking up. Can't wait to come back!

I had the most marvelous stay from July 15 - 29, 2022 because of the fantastic staff! From the breakfast staff to the Doormen, everyone went way beyond to make my stay a most enjoyable experience. Of particular note was Aya, who provided me with an excellent breakfast service daily and ensured that my quest for that special dream was met! The chef catered to my unique tastes with extra hot spices that made breakfast a culinary delight! From check-in to check-out the two week stay was wonderful due to the outstanding staff. I look forward to an early return to this fine hotel and it’s wonderful staff.

Updating my feedback as a rebound from previously unpleasant experience. Got a call from management and received a very nice complimentary offer. Will visit again to reinstate my impressions from Ritz. Will update again in early October, when I come back.

Every thing were perfect except the smells in rooms no matter. We perfume the room it smells bad i think they have an issue with bathrooms 🚽 good staff and rest was one of best i had in ritz carlton hotels

I remember Astana from 12 years previously. What a changed city and the hotel Is perfectly placed to explore on foot or central for any meeting. Service is as you would expect and more. Well done to the business club lounge for dealing with us! 😀

Visited the resturant, fusion of local and international cusine, something to experience.
The waiters are very professional and the view just is amazing.

3rd time staying at this hotel, everytime it gets better and better. The staff is always very helpful and accommodating, the rooms are very clean, I love staying here.

One of the best hotels in Kazakhstan. Nice, posh rooms, very comfy, always fresh fruits at check-in. Breakfasts are amazing, can always find what you need. Fresh salmon, red caviar, amazing waffles. Even simple eggs are masterpiece, 5 stars to that. Should definitely include south-east asian food into the menu, which since the opening haven't changed much and getting boring. Unfortunately, some of the rooms are getting old, broken glass on the table, loose mirrors in the bathroom. Very good gym with nice equipment and amazing pool. Spa is a hilarious, very nice entrance to the spa, but when you enter into a massage tiny room with barely no air, all the sensation are drifted away. Would not reccomend spending money on Spa, not worth it at all. Overall, it's a very good hotel in a center of Astana.

If you consider a journey to Astana, you have to stay in this hotel! This hotel provides the next level of luxury and hospitality.
I have never seen such elegant and classy rooms before. The rooms are fully smart home connectable, with futuristic control panels and sensors plus an extra fast wifi signal.

The entire hotel is exclusive and highclass, not only the in/exterieur, also the hotel-staff. They are well educated and very diligent. A great hard working crew, that made any tiny detail perfect for us.

The spa is well endowed and super clean, what is very very very important for me.

I did really not expect this perfection. It is the best hotel I've ever been in.

World class Ritz Carlton as always. Service, room, food all fantastic. Selfie restaurant had some of the best food I’ve ever had.

Well, what can I say? İt is just Ritz and I cannot add anything else :) everything was superb, posh, luxurious. Love this hotel. Spacious spa area, swimming pool, cool shower with special effects. The view is great also.

I only visited their restaurant, great experience!
The service is impeccable, and the food is delicious. Great location too (restaurant's on the top floor, a great vantage point to see the baiterek area). It's definitely spacious, not overcrowded and easy to access.
I recommend it especially at night when the city lights up.
Super experience, I recommend visiting that restaurant.
