Rixos President Astana

The Rixos President Astana offers an exceptional experience that begins the moment you arrive. The journey to the hotel was seamless, and the receptionists greeted us warmly, setting a positive tone for our stay. A particular highlight was the gentleman with the cap who assisted with our luggage. His friendliness and engaging conversation consistently uplifted our spirits whenever we encountered him.

Our room was extraordinarily spacious and featured a balcony, courtesy of an upgrade. Having stayed in numerous hotels, I can confidently say that this was the best room I have ever experienced. However, the air conditioning did emit a slight odor, which was a minor drawback. The room service was excellent, and I must especially commend the horse meat burger, which was exquisite.

The breakfast, while satisfactory, left something to be desired in terms of variety and service. It would have been preferable to have table service for beverages, rather than retrieving them ourselves. Though the breakfast was decent, I have experienced superior offerings at other five-star establishments.

The spa area is another highlight, boasting a large pool and sauna. Unfortunately, the hammam was closed during our stay. Despite this, the overall spa experience was highly enjoyable.

In conclusion, the Rixos President Astana is a beautiful hotel that I can wholeheartedly recommend.

I would say that’s the one from the best hotels where did I stay. Very nice and kind people on reception, set up very friendly and respectful atmosphere, showing positive attitude and tailored clients need. Very Honest and professional in a mean time, provide good care about clients and asking for a feedback, meaning still want to develop even better. Very nice SPA and Massage in this hotel. We were in a group of 24 people. Check in and check out was smooth. We did not expect such a luxurious hotel in a great location. The breakfast spread was amazing. The room was clean and not small. The jacuzzi in the bedroom was such a luxury. overall, a great stay.

The location of the hotel was great. It was very close to all shopping centers in the city center. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel rooms were magnificent. The food was delicious and very clean. Hotel management was very professional. I plan to come to Astana again and I will stay at Rixos. If you come, be sure to try the SPA. I special thank to Prof. Tansel Tercan for his hospitality. And one more thing, be sure to try Aksam Restaurant which is Rixos Brand new restaurant chain.

Very nice hotel. A little noise may come from neighbor rooms. Breakfast is excellent.
Check in takes some paperwork and they store credit card info. Checkout takes 10 min, I don't know why.

reception could be more friendly and hospitable. Breakfast is good, although noisier than in other hotels. The rooms are a bit older, but the furnishings are of high quality and everything is clean.

This is a truly five-star hotel in the very center of Astana business district. I was pleased to get an upgrade of my room which added to the feel of comfort and care this hotel is all about.

I only have 2 minor negative comments to nitpick:
1. Electric plugs were a bit too old and too close to floor and
2. I wish the locker was bigger...
Otherwise, everything was excellent! - Location is perfect, tha Hall was beautiful, there was a large choice of Restaurants, Bars and relaxation opportunities and a large choice of food on a Breakfast Menu.... all the services were in place and there even was a separate shower cabin and a jacuzzi bathtub in a regular roon... comes especially handy in cold winter

I was given a room close to the presidential appartment with a balcony. Impressive view on the city and the amazing services offered.

The rooms were small, the room stank, and the towels were dirty. And so friendly staff , although I had to wait a long time for registration .

Best hotel stay. Ambience and hospitality was super. Food and drinks provided were awesome and refreshing.

Wonderful location, wonderful atmosphere.

But sometimes you forget to wash dishes, like cups and glasses, in the rooms.

Despit it, I will recommend you to everyone.
