It is nice place. I have been there many times from 2010-2018. Soft drinks are okay. It is mostly social place where exparts, students have meeting all the time. If you're hungry, I would suggest another place. Kazakh loves Italian cuisine and they have it even much better than in tourist parts of Italy. But not in this place, Marrono's Italian cuisine is terrible, been there, done that.

Good place for an early breakfast and lunch.
Pleasant atmosphere and good selection of coffee and pastries. You can enjoy your meal at the patio as well.

Great coffee and baked goods! And the best part, this coffee shop/cafe doesn't have the 10% service fee like you see in all the cafes here in Almaty. The wifi is great and the people seem relaxed :)

One of my favorite places for breakfast. I like the choice there and enjoy the place next to the park.

Great and warm place.. Nice cafes with free internet (even I couldn't connect)
Maybe tables could be a bit more home style to complete how it feels like. 😎

Ice Marrone Rosso is hands down the best coffee frapuccino in Almaty. Excellent salads and freshly baked bread. Highly recommended.
