Best Western Plus Astana

This could be the best centrally located hotel in Astana - the Bayterek Tower is literally a 5-minute casual walk from this hotel and is adjacent to Nurzhol Boulevard Walking Park!

That said, I can book for somewhere a bit cheaper with similar facilities and amenities (similar 3 star hotels), but what you get for by paying a little bit is the awesome location, the great service from the good-looking and attractive front desk staff, as well as the adjacent open parking for cars. Though the hotel facilities could be lacking, like the smallish gym and buffet restaurant, this hotel has my highest recommendation due to the location and my overall assessment.

Great location near the main park boulevard area and the tower. The hotel has a great breakfast room on the 2nd floor, and a nice looking bar restaurant on the ground floor as well.

The room we were in was a bit smaller than I had anticipated but it was still quite comfortable.

The two gentleman at the front desk were friendly and helpful always greeting us with a smile. One of the guys even gave us some nice candies for our flight out of the country - which was a nice gesture.

Beyond expectations.
The room is new and clean. It is not big but is very cozy. You can open the window so the ventilation is good. The shower is also stronger than most of the others.
The staffs are very nice and helpful with fluent English.
The location is also very good, next to major malls and tourist attractions.
However, the breakfast is very small and average. So do not waste your money on that.

Hotel is quite new, the breakfast on the 2nd floor is superb.
Overall, great deal hotel, considering price and it's convenient location right at the city centre, with shopping malls, coffee shops nearby.

Excellent hotel, with a central location close to main venues. Bar is cool and staffs really dedicated to customers. If your are in town I highly recommend this hotel. Hope you will enjoy !

This Best Western Plus Astana is a lovely hotel, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and they will arrange for you to have transfers to/from the Airport. I did it one way and it cost me 5000 Tenge, this can be done cheaper using Uber.
The rooms are warm (I was there in winter) and spacious, with a nice bathroom and a good shower.
The restaurant does a good mix of foods and the bar is open until 0100, depending on how busy it is!
Would stay here again if visiting Astana

Helpful english speaking staff, confortable rooms, good restaurant. The Sechuan lamb with Chinese cabbage was excellent. The drought beer also. The underground parking lot was also OK. If I ever will go back to Astana I will go here again.

Great hotel, a bit expensive considering other prices, but very localized and close to everything. Great prices on drinks and food (as all Astana is!!), T-Bone steak and potatoes, less that £9!! Great, attentive staff and GM, lovely room with huge TV and great shower. Would stay here again if returning to Astana.

Downtown location, 5mins from Baiterek. Massive options for going out. Parking would be hard during a week.
