Nice place to stay in Astana. The Hilton is 20 minutes by cab from the airport. It is right next to the Expo site and is a modern hotel. My room was spacious. The furniture of the room was stylish. The hotel's amenities also include a lounge for status clients, a spa area with a pool, and a rooftop bar. The breakfast offer was very large and delicious. The staff was friendly and professional at all times. Not all of the staff spoke English. Overall, I can recommend a stay.

Beautiful hotel, next to a big shopping mall.

The Hilton Astana is a beautiful hotel which is perfectly located for the expo and close to the airport however it's a 10-15 minute drive into the city centre where most of the restaurants and tourist attractions are. The lobby of the hotel is incredible and the rooms are spacious. The bathrooms have both a bathtub and a shower. The spa includes a pool, jacuzzi, hot tub, sauna and steam room which are free for guests to visit and they also offer paid services such as massages. My only criticism is that housekeeping did not clear some dirty cocktail glasses from our room over a 2 day stay, even after asking reception to have them removed.

Very high level of service, clean room and very attentive personnel. They accommodated all my reasonable requests (late check in and check out).

Hilton Astana, i visited in Nov 2019. It was beautiful experience and I think that the hotel must have been opened not much more than 12-18 months before this time. Rooms are good size. Bed is really good, linen, pillows, duvets are high quality. There’s a bath tub, plus there is a separate shower in the bathroom too. Hotel has a mini gym, and gym has treadmills, free weights, barbell. There’s a few saunas, pool, jacuzzi.
Breakfast was pleasant and it has good variety. On the morning of check out I needed to leave 5:20am. They had a little “take away” coffee station in the lobby- so people could wake up a bit even if the breakfast room was not open at this point. Good pleasant experience. Thanks for the staff!

Loved this hotel! One of the most hospitable staff I have ever seen in the hotels. Great location, free underground parking and spacious spa area. The hotel is quite new with cool thoughtful design. Worth getting the room with the Expo view.

Family Connecting Rooms was a great option for me and my family! Beautiful view and amazing customer service 24/7 ! SPA and the gym is exactly what I personally needed and this hotel had it all!!!! Amazing!

Very nice hotel. Only slight issue was that the air conditioner couldn't quite keep up during the day, but not a big enough deal to not give 5 stars

Excellent service all round. Quality of facilities is top notch. Rooms are exceptionally tastefully furnished. The ambience is welcoming and staff exceptionally friendly. Meeting rooms are exceptionally fit for purpose. And the price? Even though discounted is the most pocket friendly of hotels I have visited in its category. I like the Hilton Astana for its service and hospitality. The location is perfect for me, easy access to the city center and airport. The rooms are nice set-up and I can do my work, sufficient plugs by the desk. I like very much the Cloud 9 Restaurant & Bar with delicious food at reasonable prices. After dinner a nice cocktail overlooking the Expo Pavilion.

The most golden Hilton I've ever seen. Beautiful, very clean. Service is exceptional. Located near Expo and big shopping center. Lots of restaurants around.

Excellent hotel. Staff, breakfast, rooms, cleaning... everything was superb as one is expecting in this kind of hotels. It's not located in the city centre but you can get there by taxi (normally already waiting outside) in 5 minutes. On the other hand it is very close to exhibition ground where Expo was held.

The one of the best business hotel in Kazakhstan. Great things are: bed, shower, noise isolation. Also I liked good service, huge open space lobby. There are big conference rooms. Prices are not too much. Location is on the side of Astana, but it is ok. There is former Expo area and Mega shopping mall in walking proximity. It takes 15 min to get to the airport. The hotel is very fresh and was constructed just in 2017.

Nice hotel great Looby service requires much more attention. Building finishing need some work. Snow into the breakfast room. Executive floor badly serviced. If those points being fixed a great place to stay. I will return

Impeccable. The brand new property with very well trained staff. They care about you and support in every situation. Liked Cloud 9 bar in good weather there is great terrace to enjoy sunset. That would be my new home in Astana

One of the best hotels in Astana. Well located for the AIFC with superb service and excellent value. Great hammam, pool and sauna, along with a wonderful team. The Executive Lounge is also well worth getting access to.

Hilton is Hilton. Great service, perfect location, healthy breakfast buffet, amazing lobby, design and interior. Clean with perfect location for nearby mall and airport. Prices are decent even by KZ standards. Conference halls are spacious with great visibility and conference facilities. Will come again.
