Hotel located in Astana city center ; well designed always busy as I saw ; Room are big enough and full of all facilities you need special when you are in business trip ; such as iron board ; flat screen ; coffee facilities and much more ; the weak point it’s the WiFi was not so good 7/10 for me … restaurant are comfortable and breakfast full of deferent varieties; and staff are really helpful ..I do recommend the hotel for quick business trip

I had a nice enjoyable and comfortable stay although the hotel is not new anymore, there are some wear and tear visible. Good, but small gym which is always empty. Sauna and steam room and nice pool available.

Good one, my first room was outdated but they upgraded me free of charge to a great one. Still there was an issue with the shower door but all in all it was a good stay and a great hotel.

The room i stayed in was lovely and the view was great. Both restaurants in the hotel did very nice food and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely go again.
The only reason I've not given star for room and service is because the shelfs is the bedroom we're dusty and getting laundry returned meant having to go down to the front desk and asking them to return it.

I stayed here for 2 months in the summer of 2022 and I can say that I really enjoyed my stay.

The location is perfect, close to the sights you might want to see.
The suite was quite spacious with an extra large and comfortable bed and an excellent view.
The breakfast was great (albeit almost exactly the same every morning).
The service is good, too, the staff speak English (most guests are foreigners) and they are cheerful and courteous.
The food is great at the 'restaurant' downstairs.
Important: the restaurant on the roof is closed for repairs as of September 2022. No timeframe was given as to when they will reopen it.

There were two things that I didn't like (the first one was fixed after about a month of my stay).
1. There are three elevators in the hotel and they didn't seem to be aware of each other. Meaning, if you call the elevator in the lobby, all three would rush to the lobby. This meant sometimes you had to wait for a very long time. In the beginning of September this was fixed though and the elevators run in a much more efficient manner now.
2. The thing that I hated was the internet. It is free but VERY slow. I think it was about 5 down and 5 up. They do it to try to get you to upgrade to their 'extended' package which is outrageously priced (about $25 a day, I think, although I'm not sure now). I have no issues with there being some premium package, but the free package needs to be upgraded to at least 15-20 up/down. Video calling (and even audio) were problematic sometimes. There is a limit of 5 devices per room and the devices are all on the same limited bandwidth......... It's 2022, come on guys.
Also, a minor thing, but still. The TV is too small and is positioned in this weird way that you can't watch it from the bed (what?) I had to turn it to face the bed but the housekeeping would turn it back every day.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay there except for that internet issue.

Excellent hotel. All the staff is very nice, polite and speak English. The food they serve is very good. They have many options of restaurants inside of the hotel. The location is very good, close to many touristic spots. The rooms and the bathroom are big. TV has many options of channels in English. The amenities are very good as well.

Very clean, cozy, well designed hotel. Just like other Marriotts. Location is very good. You can go in 2 min. to one of famous shopping mall of Nursultan from hotel. Only thing i can say az negative the lobby bar. I've ordered rib eye. But defintely it was not a rib eye and wasnt so tasty.

We had a fantastic stay at the Marriott in Astana. A beautiful spacious bedroom and bathroom with a fantastic view of Astana’s futuristic architecture. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when I needed a doctor. One of the staff even gave me a souvenir felt yurt in acknowledgement of my attempts to speak the language while I was there!

A great hotel with exceptional service. The staff was super friendly, the rooms immaculate, and the amenities on par with what one would expect of a Marriott.

I had a wonderful stay here and would certainly consider it again. The hotel’s airport transfer service was good, despite being substantially more expensive than a normal taxi and the driver not speaking very good English. Arriving at around 6am I had to pay extra for the early check in but the process was easy and the member of staff was really friendly with fluent English. The hotel’s lobby was welcoming and spacious with loads of comfortable seating.

I booked a Superior Corner Room, and I would highly recommend paying the small additional cost to secure one of the corner rooms. I was on the 11th floor and the views were incredible, with perspectives over the Khan Shatyr shopping centre as well as the city to the East. The room was really large and very spacious, with a huge bed, coffee table and armchairs, separate sofa and large desk. The TV was a good size for the room with BBC World News as the UK option and the air conditioning worked well. There was so much storage so suitable for an extended stay. A single complimentary bottle of water was provided each day and the mini bar was well stocked with a good range of drinks, however there was no coffee machine. Electric sockets were present by the sides of the bed which was great.

The bathroom was equally as impressive as the main room. It was divided into two areas, the first with bath and shower, two sinks and lots of storage space, with the second housing the toilet, bidet and massive walk in shower. The whole room was tiled throughout and felt very luxurious. Although really large the shower door leaked which was a pain and the towels were pretty harsh and felt old. Otherwise it was a great space and really relaxing. Gowns and slippers were present in the main wardrobe too. Housekeeping always observed the ‘do not disturb’ sign on the room and there was no noise from outside making for perfect sleep quality.

All of the communal areas throughout the hotel were decorated nicely and really clean giving a good atmosphere. Just off the lobby area was the ground floor bar which was a nice spot to relax. The staff were quick and the tables large for both individuals and groups. The drinks menu was very extensive and complimentary nuts were provided with drink orders.

The top floor of the hotel housed the Vista bar, and although I enjoyed spending time there it felt like it had so much more potential. It doesn’t open until 6pm and on a Saturday evening was practically empty. The music provides a good atmosphere and the view over the city is indeed impressive. However, there’s only about two seats which are actually by the window so unless you arrive early you’re unlikely to be able to make the most of it. There are two levels with tables so even at busy times you’re likely to be accommodated and there’s sections suitable for groups as well as couples and singletons. It was a shame that there were no draught beer options available on the Saturday night but fortunately the drinks menu is extensive enough to provide alternatives, including a number of local options. Prices were reasonable.

The food menu in the bar was great, with steaks as well as tapas dishes. Steaks are cooked on the rare side so bear this in mind if you don’t like red, but they’re delicious. The seafood tapas platter was brilliant and a great portion for the size. The staff were really attentive and I certainly felt welcome.

The location of the hotel was good for my first visit to the city. Cross the road and you’re in Lover’s Park with an easy walk down to Baiterek Tower and Presidential Palace. It’s further than a map indicates (about thirty minutes) but it allows you to see other parts of the city on the way; I certainly wouldn’t hesitate staying here despite there being other more centrally located hotels.

Overall it was a wonderful stay. The staff are all good, the location is great and the value is superb. It comes highly recommended from me and is more luxury and homely than most of their other Marriotts.

This is certainly the place to stay for business travelers visiting Astana. Management is excellent, the staff is attentive, and it's close to most everything. The Executive Lounge is a great place to relax after work and the view is spectacular. The hotel restaurant and lobby bar are great, and there's no shortage of good restaurants around the area. Another plus is there's a grocery store just a five minute walk from the hotel inside a 'smaller' shopping mall. All-in-all, this is best hotel I've stayed in in Astana, and I've stayed in more than a half dozen of them. The workout areas is a little small, but very good and the equipment is in good condition. The pool, spa, and sauna are excellent. Give it a try.

Great Hotel with a lot of services and very nice people working there. Gym, pool, saunas, massage, business lounge, rooftop restaurant with a great view of the city, one of the best breakfasts I've ever had and much more. It also offers meetings rooms that you or your company can rent. The business lounge is on the 15th floor with nice views over the city. If you have access to it, you can have soft drinks all day and starting at 5:30 you can also have something to eat with beers or wine. I would strongly recommend the hotel!

The staff is very accomodating and always trying to make your stay more comfortable.
The lobby was decorated very well. The lobby bar is not very big but the food they serve tastes really good. Only it takes a long time (30-40min) for the food to arrrve after you order.
The room was spacious and luxerious. From the upper floors the view towards the city is amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent hotel well above the international Marriott standards. The breakfast is comprehensive and delicious, the spa and pool are open until midnight, the staff is excellent and accommodating in every way and the general level of luxury almost matches that of the Ritz-Carlton down the road. And at half the price, you can't ask for anything more...

Really comfortable hotel. Beautiful design on the inside, comfortable beds and wide bathrooms which I like. The location is good as well, not very far from the Khan Shatyr and Baiterek. The location was perfect. Also, breakfast was delicious with a lot of amazing buns and different types of bread. All the food was fresh and well made. One downside is the water which had a yellow rusty color which is why I didn’t want to take a bath and had to get by with a quick shower.

Excellent hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel has many services available including a spa, well-equipped gym, two restaurants, money exchange, and some small boutiques. Located near some main attractions and nice walking areas. I will be returning here in future visits to Astana.

Ең дәмді теңіз шаяндары мен ойстерлер. Әр айдың 3 жексенбісінде ұйымдастырылатын бранчтар керемет.
The best Sunday brunch place. Seafood and oysters are fresh and tasty. Yammy place.
Best location. Great amenities. Must stay hotel. Much better than rixos or raddison.

Very comfortable stay during work trip in Kazakstan and Nur-Sultan. Breakfast is exellent and while staying longer you don't get bored with it. Hotel is situated near by two shopping centres, so even freezing outside, it's short distance to shopping and activities like Opera.
