В связи с тем, что визовые центры больше не принимают документы на визу, пришлось самой приехать из Алматы в Астану и сдавать документы лично, что очень же некомфортно и расстратно. Без брони на подачу вас просто не пустит первый же пункт охраны, так что лучше позаботиться об этом заранее. БЦ большой, в нем располагаются много посольств разных стран, соответственно вы сами не найдете куда идти, приходится постоянно спрашивать дорогу у очередной охраны. В самом посольстве документы принимают быстро,оплата картой,народу как ни странно не много.Будем надеяться,что в скором времени откроют как и раньше прием документов в Алматы🤞.Всем удачных путешествий!

I’ve been waiting for my visa for more than 40 days and didn’t get it yet, also don’t have the possibility to check the status of the visa. They don’t answer my calls, some days answered one call after a 100 of calls, and told me that my visa would be ready the day after. But, it is. My first flight was canceled in September, and after tomorrow my second flight will be,it isn’t refundable. My studies started a month ago and soon the exams, and I still didn’t get my visa. What am I supposed to do?!? Who will refund all the money that people spend on their tickets, accommodation, Visa center?
I don’t recommend studying or traveling to Italy, just because the Visa became such a problem. And we can do nothing, just wait without knowing one month left or 2 or maybe 3
