Always a pleasure to come back to this restaurant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Their prices are totally justified but the good food and good service.
The children’s playing area is a huge added value while waiting for food.
Some of the staff members seem constantly sad though, I hope they are doing well.

Place to drink a tea with delicious desserts. Top desserts in Astana. In adding to this, the main desert is ice-cream (MArașlı DOndurması). Every dessert is with dondurma).

Astounding place, completely blown away.

I have never been to a Mado before, this is my first one, but I was extremely impressed.

The location is beautiful, it is right beside the singing fountains which you can hear at night, and provides a beautiful view of the Baiterek.

The ice cream was phenomenal, it is this very special ice cream made from a special root and goat milk and it has this fantastic texture like gum/cream and does not melt as quick.
The selection of ice cream was impressive, over TWENTY (20) FLAVORS, all delectable and very tasty. They also have some house creations that were ice cream marvels in taste, organization, and presentation.

The piña colada was EXCELLENT. I felt like I was at the beach the second I tried it, magnificent.

The manager Amil is also top-class, a true gentleman who made me feel at home the numerous times I went. He was always out in the front greeting guests and personally talking to them, he taught me a lot about Mado's history and the food they served. Amazing person.

I only wish I lived here to eat at Mado consistently.

Ice cream they make has a real milky taste and a chocolate one tastes great. Portion size is more than enough.
