Sabai Thai Spa and Massage

Fantastic spa with incredibly friendly staff! They were so professional and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. What impressed me even more was their ability to communicate in English. I opted for a hammam and the massage was absolutely incredible. I am definitely looking forward to returning in the future!

Every year, on my birthday, I make it a point that I'd travel somewhere and try their local spa or massage. Astana doesn't have a local massage, but they do have really good Thai spas. This place was cozy and relaxing. Staff are friendly. Prices are reasonable. I enjoyed their hammam and body scrub.

Loved Thai massage there! Very strange system when it comes to rooms. Got disoriented.

Most of thing is good service.

Firstly, they have a staff who can speak english well. ( I want to give to good point for service quality of customer)

Second, everything is clean and easy too reservation(Fast reply)

Third one, Can take a shower.

My personal opinion, they massage is pretty strong than other place, so if you want to relax i recommend to request to massager how pressed you wanted.
(For me i really like to strong, but i am thinking someone might be like to relax)

Over the last few years a lot of Thai massage spas have mushroomed in Astana. I have frequented some of them and most offer comparable prices and services. What sets Sabai apart is the ambience, cleanliness, location and the friendly spa. One of the few spas in the city that provides bilingual services. For a tourist there is no language barrier as even the services menu is available in English. The whole experience is amazing as it start with the masseuse giving you a hoot foot bath before any massage. The spa is squeaky clean. The masseuse are high quality professionals. The tea ceremony at the end of massage is a nice little touch. Administrator Malika is always eager to help guide you guide to
the package that will suit you the best.

This is the best spa I've visited so far. Stunning interior, super professional staff. Massage is totally refreshing. There's an option for couples which is a combo of three types of massage that ends with hot bath.
This is a quite luxury spa and an environment is simply lovely and fabulous.
Even the moment I have stepped in to the spa, felt that I was surrounded something ’special’ atmosphere which I really liked of.
Have already been to this spa twice for Slim and Trim Massage which truly helped to release my muscle pain, knots and tension.
The massage itself is quite strong as this is what’s called ’Slim and Trim’ however, it was very comfortable and was nearly fell asleep occasionally during the treatment.

Всем любителям массаж советую посетить данное заведение. Массаж на самом высшем уровне. Персонал приветливый, отзывчивый, знают свое дело. Вам понравиться не только сам массаж, которые делают девушки из иностранных граждан и само атмосфера зала. В зале играет спокойная музыка. После процедуры предоставляют чай. Спасибо. Подход к клиенту "от и до" - сначала бутилированная водичка в шкафу, в конце - ароматный чай с конфетой. В раздевалке есть душ, набор для снятия макияжа. Минус для меня - тайский массаж не в одиночестве (3 кушетки в комнате). Плюс - сделали мне его очень качественно! И отдельный плюс девушке на ресепшене (со светлыми волосами) - она оочень милая!

Очень чисто, приветливый персонал, отдыхаешь телом и душой.

в spa sabai мне понравилась атмосфера умиротворения, спокойствия, гармонии. персонал вежлив, обходителен; сам салон чистый, светлый, уютный. для каждого всё приготовлено: свой шкафчик, свой халат, чистые тапочки, одноразовое бельё. посетив этот салон, я получила уйму удовольствия, умиротворение, собралась с мыслями 💆🏼‍♀
всем советую хотя бы разок сходить в spa sabai, это как наркотик - второй раз вам точно захочется придти сюда! спасибо администраторам салона за качественные услуги!
