Comfort Hotel Astana

I had never been to Astana before and Comfort Hotel Astana was the best place to stay for first timer. In the center of everything. It is a beautiful city, location of the hotel very quite on the street. I was on the second floor and slept just fine. The staff is amazing!! Anel at the front desk was awesome, helpful and full of all the best kept secrets. The front desk staff was super friendly, I worked with Gibrat a few times and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. They have cold waters on the lobby to grab as you go out on adventures and that was very much appreciated. It is a good location hotel and the rooms are a typical middle size but you will have so much to do you won't be in the room very long. Thank you for an incredible stay! Highly recommend!

Great hotel near the park and Keruen city mall. Staff speak excellent English. Better than the expensive hotel chains!

I stayed here for a whole week and my stay here was amazing! Very comfortable, clean and quiet hotel. The personal were very professional, friendly and helpful! Always were willing to do everything I asked for and needed! Would 100% recommend and will come back for sure! 👍🏻🤗

Really good value for money. The spa is great for the prices and the gym is decent. The staff are very helpful as long as you aren't expecting an accomplished concierge service.

Уже второй раз в этом отеле останавливаюсь. До этого был в прошлом году. Цены демократичные, прекрасное месторасположение. Завтрак нормальный. Нормально можно и по меню покушать, с доставкой в номер или в ресторане.

Очень хорошее впечатление оставил данный отель! Персонал вежливый! Особенно хочу отметить девочку на ресепшене Анастасия!!! Умничка!

Все хорошо. Шумный радиатор отопления. Напор воды в душе посильнее хотелось бы. В остальном всё хорошо.

Мне все понравилось, уютно, чисто, комфортно и самое главное приемлемая цена.

Приезжал по визовым делам в VFS, находится через дорогу от отеля.
