We recently had the opportunity to stay at Bathle and wanted to share our experience, as we believe there are aspects that could contribute to the enhancement of establishment.

On the positive side, the view from the hotel and the infinity pool were truly breathtaking, deserving a solid 10/10 rating. However, I must express our concern about several negative aspects during our stay.

The unprofessional behavior of the staff was quite noticeable. There were instances where they failed to work efficiently, showed a lack of respect for guests, and even engaged fighting with each other in front of us. Additionally, the delayed lunch service on the check-in day, causing a two-hour wait, ( served around 3pm) was an inconvenience.

Furthermore, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. Large geckos inside the rooms were an unwelcome surprise, and the presence of a sizable snake falling onto a bed during our stay, while chasing a gecko, was a distressing and unsafe situation.

We believe that addressing these issues, particularly by hiring professional and courteous staff, is crucial to preserving the reputation of the hotel. With such a stunning location and amenities like the infinity pool, ensuring a positive overall experience for guests should be a priority.

We hope you take this feedback constructively, as we believe Bathle has the potential to be an exceptional destination with improvements in service and maintenance.
