Yes sometimes they did not answer my calls after I advanced to them ,
But they have delivered the vehicle with more options than I ordered ,
Even most important thing is after 2 days purchased my vehicle front bumper hit with vehicle and once j ask them what to do ,
They have done the repair free of charge and once I call to their office staff says that our boss has asked to do that free of charge because only 2 days of purchased,
So I'm really really happy this kind of a humanity from a car sale,
Only the issue faced sometimes they didn't properly answer our calls,
But when they handed over the vehicle it had been very cleaned well polished and more than a service from a local agent ,
So I highly recommend them,

They can improve their service further by providing accurate information to customers during the entire process right from the initial order to delivery. Lack of information on the status of shipping keep the customer uncertain.

Great company.They have good quality vehicles.I really appreciate their service.i ordered a brand new Toyota premio vehicle from them and they told they need approximately two months time to import the vehicle.but they delivered vehicle to my doorstep within one month time.it was really good.and they gave some extra options for my vehicle without any additional fee.i wish them to continue their work like this.good luck.
