Staff was very helpful. Could get everything done very easily only it took some time with the crowd. This bank is very good for online banking service. There is a small parking here.

A lady called Assistant manager is a rude personnel..She does nt even know how to speak with customers..she is acting like people are slaves to her.Doesnt know how to speak with elderly people. I noticed she is balking on an elderly woman.

commercial bank Kalutara branch have very bad telephone manners. I call today 5/01/2021 around 1:32pm to asked for details of fixed deposit. the way that gentleman talk to me like I am going asked money from him. At the end I thank him, he not even wait till I finish He Hangs the telephone, at least asked anything else. being such a big company, the way they have trained is utterly shame.
