It is perfect place for family stay . The place is located near the sea view. It is worth for the money.

I called by and the host had a room available. My room was spacious and comfortable. From the guest house you look out to the ocean. It was peaceful and pleasant, great value for money and the host was very kind and obliging.

We stayed 2 night.comfort bed,clean,quite,the food so tasty and the price reasonable ,caretaker nice,this is humble place.you get what you paid

I spent a night during my recent cycling trip in Sri Lanka. Peaceful location over the road from the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was served a lovely local meal for dinner. Great value for money.

One of the best places I've stayed in. We got the family suite with the balcony which was a well furnished and a super clean room..the bathroom too was very clean and really spacious. Felt like I was in a 3star hotel room. The caretaker is so warm and supportive. The view wasn't excellent but it has nothing to do with the villa. It's the way kalutara beaches are

Verry nice place. Anil was verry helpfull and joyfull. We were offer free cold water bottle and coffee and we also had dîner here wich was great. They can also provide breakfast. The prices are very affordable and the place is quiet and relax. Thank you for everything !

This is a beachfront budget hotel with well furnished rooms that come with a balcony and amazing ocean view. The hospitality is simply great, the owner and staff are heartful people! Breakfasts were super affordable and great - huge portions and tasty Sri Lankan rice/string hoppers and curry served with tea or coffee and fruits! Would recommend for budget travelers that value proximity to ocean, great views and hospitable people.

Villa Whispering shells; We had a great stay here last Saturday. It's a small value-for-money villa, with a friendly staff, Comfortable, clean, and tidy room with AC, and hot water. Very quiet surroundings with mind relaxing sound of whispering-Ocean.

Excellent place!
Its right infront of the beach but the beach sand is very rough. However the stay was amazing. The staff was so friendly and nice. The rooms are of bery good conditions and so are the toilets. The food was amazing too (we had lunch) there is enough space and good place for a reasonable price. Highly recommend

Very nice place. Relaxing in the garden in the shade of the palmtrees. Very friendly staff. In the morning nice coffee and breakfast. Don't miss it.

Good place to stay in Kalutara .. located right in front of the beach near to the popular hotel in Kalutara .. the tangerine hotel...
Rooms were clean and was in good condition...

Affordable price. Clean and beautiful place, beware with coconut trees when you park the vehicle. Friendly staff. It is better to get foods from outside.

Thais is a very good , clean and private have around 4 rooms and good for a group of people ,

Not luxury but very decent and clean , caretaker is a very friendly and service oriented person

Rooms are AC and prices are very good too

Note - Not opened to beach but just cross the road
