Bad customer service. It's not worth going.
I wanted to change the shoe that I bought yesterday and they didn't have the shoe size of the pattern I wanted. Knowing that they have another Diana shop nearby I asked the lady whether the other shop will have that size. She simply said that I should go and check. She didn't even attempted to make a call and check. So I went there and realised that shop even doesn't have that pattern with them. I had to buy some other shoes which was higher in price. But they didn't apply the discount which was applicable since it's a change of previous purchase. What does it even mean?

Very poor customer service and poor quality products. Don't recommend to buy these cheap products. Can't even wear one week with good condition.
