La dame connaît son métier.
Même qu'elle fut la remplaçante, elle est beaucoup meilleure que la dame fixe.

This Saturday 11 March 2023 there were a lot of people in the laboratory of Mersch. Especially from 9.15 am started to come a lot of people and in 15 minutes the waiting room was full with at least 12 people inside and 3 other outside. The nurse - that was a man - did a very good job of reception and keeping the people informed about the situation. He was with good energies and always positive even when he had to pass from one task to the other one with new people coming in. The nurse managed to finish everyone but it is a pitty that had to manage everything all alone and that nobody sent him another colleague to help. They should be at least 2 nurses in this occasions.
