Poliform Luxembourg

We had a very good experience with Poliform.
Good offer, Good Design, Timely installation, Professional Behavior.
The closets installed was exactly similar to the design, which was surprising,

A poor suggestion at the stage of the design, very far from the experience we had when Mowo was the retailer. Designer was fab. However, we lost a lot of money at that time due to the attitude of the brand at that time as they made us belief they had ordered the furniture, but in fact, they did not: it was at the time of Mowo’s closure.
I expected to receive strong support to redesign our kitchen, living room and dining room. The opposite, no advice on lights, chairs, Colors, place of the furniture. No building on the existing, just a redesign with a 3 D tool. Existing furniture we had asked to keep ( from Poliform) changed! Result a proposal 100.000€ Kindly brought back to just above it.
Mileages away from the service expected. There are much better solutions in Luxembourg!

Worst Customer Service Experience.
They don't take responsability for their products once its installed.

Voilà plus de 7 mois que nous attendons la cuisine commandée, et cela en nous avertissant chaque mois avec un simple e-mail: la date de livraison est repoussée ! Service non en adéquation avec le prix des cuisines : à éviter absolument !
