Un accueil toujours sympathique et professionnel. On a affaire à des personnes passionnées, toujours prêtes à conseiller et à aider, sans compter leur temps. Et il y a un choix énorme ! C'est toujours plaisant de voir "en vrai" les locos, wagons, accessoires ou décors que l'on souhaite acheter.
