CNS - National Health Fund

CNS is one of the best thing in Luxembourg.
Doctors, hospital and medicine bills are very well covered, similar to what I used to have from the equivalent French public service + additional private insurance (15 years ago and I guess it did not improve since) for a fraction of the cost. Reimbursements are pretty fast for local expenses. I've had good experience with staff at the counter and as well over the phone, though obviously sometimes the waiting time may be long.
No need to fill any form, just post the invoice to CNS and it's done, 5 weeks letter your bank account is credited. The cherry on the cake is that it is stamp-free :)

Quick professional service. Very friendly staff. Never had problems to reach them over phone and email. Some don't speak English, but they are very patient when you try your best to speak with them one of three official languages 😀

I have very good impression with CNS. My question are always very well answered by the staff there. Sometimes there are long queues to wait but generally everything is well organized. Thanks a lot to the friendly staff at CNS.

I found them very helpful, friendly, fast and efficient compared to the German, Canadian, new Zealand and Australian equivalent. I mean it!

Nach dem Umzug zur Gare hat sich die CNS meiner Meinung nach sehr verbessert! In welchen punkten :

1. Telefonische Erreichbarkeit (natürlich muss man noch immer ein bisschen warten dennoch ging es viel schneller als früher!)
2. Ich habe innerhalb von 4 Tagen eine Antwort bekommen auf eine Anfrage.
3. Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben sich Zeit genommen für alle meine Fragen zu beantworten.

Natürlich kann es sein das ich einfach ein guten Tag erwischt habe, aber dennoch verdiente 5 Sterne.

Herr Michel PORTZENEM vom Département Prestations en nature maladie-maternité Chargé gestion prestataires hat mir gut und sehr zügig geholfen

Personne très cordiale , très rapide pour les avoirs au téléphone certes remboursement très long mais la personne n'y es pour rien...

J ai eu une dame fort sympathique au bout de 2min d appel...elle n a pas pu m aider car j habite en Belgique et suis en handicap en Belgique ...mon medecin ( luxembourgeois) m avait dit de demander l assurance maladie a la cns car mon mari travaille au Luxembourg depuis 16ans...sauf que ça ne fonctionne pas comme ça...cette dame me l a bien expliqué et m a dit au mieux de faire un bl4 pour qd même avoir un pt complement par apport a la Belgique...on va essayé c est mieux que rien car mes frais medicaux sont tres important...
Donc pour résumé personnel acceuil au top

Pour le reste ...ce que je comprend tout a fait...comme je touche ailleurs logique qui me prenne pas comme assuré donc je leur met 5 étoiles
