Dr Caroline Marx

Caroline Marx has been my GP for some time now and I would not change for nothing in the world.
She is not this doctor that gives you a big list of medication so you can feel better, she is there to help you get better and that makes the whole difference. She truly cares.
Honest, kind, super friendly, she is just excellent. I strongly recommend !

Dr.Marx is one of the best doctors i have ever been to. She takes care of every detail that the patient mention, she tries in every way to solve the patient issues, even if it is not her practice, she will guide you though the best practices to help you. She is super nice, kind and friendly. She never disappointed me and always did more than her best to help me with my health issues. She is very humane and professional. I highly recommend her as one of the best GPs in Luxembourg.

Dr. Marx was recommended highly to me by my previous GP upon them closing their practice. In my experiences the reception is friendly, the waiting time short and Dr Marx's practice is conveniently located in the center of town a short walk from the Rose garden, her demeanour is helpful and approacable and her diagnosis has always been spot on.

As a side note in delving into the terrible experience of Customer 2018, I noticed for this particular commenter, 9 reviews given, 1 with 5 stars the rest with 1 star, so I'd recommend taking that review with a pinch of salt or at least read all their reviews and then make your own judgement.

Tres a l’écoute, et ne néglige aucun détail ! Je n’ai jamais connu un tel professionnalisme, elle prend le temps d’analyser, de comprendre, tout en agissant rapidement ! Pas de place aux doutes, je recommande vivement et sincèrement Dr Marx.C

Le Dr MARX est un excellent médecin. Le meilleur que j'aie pu consulter ces dix dernières années. Elle est compétente, professionnelle, fait attention au détail et cherche une solution à chaque problème présenté qu'elle note d'ailleurs scrupuleusement. Son diagnostic est précis, elle en fait un suivi actif et l'affine au vu de nouveaux éléments. Personnellement, ses prescriptions m'ont aidées considérablement et je suis en voie de guérison. Au besoin, elle fait de bonnes recommandations de confrères spécialistes tout aussi compétents. Elle m'a également renseigné sur les infrastructures de soutien/ d'accompagnement disponibles au Luxembourg. Je recommande chaudement.
Soit dit en passant la personne à l'accueil fait également très bien son travail et aide à prendre toutes les précautions nécessaires en ces temps particuliers.

My check was with Dr Gorges, perfect diagnostic, professional, human and efficient. On time! I recommend highly.
Unfortunately he left the clinic, my second check was horrible. But I’ll keep the 5 stars ⭐ not for Dr Gorges !

68 euros for a consultation that any doctor, even a trainee, can do. When you ask specific questions, she says that she needs to check her medical books but you have to pay for her studying it again. What kind of service do you except from such doctor ? You can find better practicioners more passionate about medicine and for a normal price.

I am just speechless how bad my experience with this GP was... Would not recommend.

Pire expérience médicale que j’aie eu à vivre. Le Docteur Caroline Marx est agressive et manque d’empathie au plus haut point, humainement c’est une vraie catastrophe. Et pour couronner le tout, sa secrétaire qui n’est pas des plus accueillante m’a envoyé l’ordonnance avec toutes les données personnelles d’un autre patient.
Je ne recommande pas le Docteur Caroline Marx.
