Location wise, it’s perfect as it is walking distance from where I live. Parking can become a problem as there are only a few spots assigned to HiFi. There are several stores in this small complex. They recently renovated the area and I believe it is a smaller place now. Nonetheless, there’s enough space to move around.

No sales clerk will bother you when you walk in asking if you need assistance which I kinda like. After all, if I do need something I will ask someone to help me. However, if you’re just browsing, it’s very pleasant if no one is following you around. Hence, when I was ready to buy a new washer, I marched to the tills and asked if someone could assist me because I want to buy a washing machine. I did my research beforehand at their website so I actually narrowed down my choices to 2 machines. I just needed confirmation from the sales rep to make a final decision. I already bought several appliances from HiFi including fridges and a dishwasher, all of which needed updating. Satisfied with the advice I got from the staff.

Delivery is prompt as well. You don’t have to wait the entire day for your appliance to arrive. If they say, it will be between 7:30 to 13:00, you can even narrow it down to the last hour. Check their website on the day of delivery and scroll down to ‘l’heure de ma livraison.’ Choose whether you ordered online or in-person and key in the ‘numero de bon de livraison’ and ‘numero d’article’ to see their time of arrival. It is a very useful function. All in all, I will not hesitate to come back to the store for appliances, accessories, and electronic items as their prices are competitive if not lower than the competition.
