Quick and friendly service in replacing my iPhone after I dropped it. The process took less than a week and I have a refurbished replacement phone with 100% battery health and the insurance forms (Le Foyer) filled out for me by the Apple diagnostic centre :) thanks!

I was in need of a very specific accessory and I must say that the team immediately spotted the key points I had to browse to make the right decision. Spot on! Very friendly yet professional staff. Like the experience... And it did help me a lot in the end :-)

Brought my MacBook to fix here. Turns out my computer wasn’t broken, the charger was 😅 They were very attentive and helpful anyway, and didn’t charge a thing.

Avant de venir dans ce magasin pour la première fois, j’ai d’abord regardée les avis. J’ai eu peur car je ne voyais que du négatif. En arrivant sur place , j’ai été accueilli par 2 vendeurs avec un grand sourire. ( quel plaisir , on ne voit pas ça partout ) Ils m’ont laissés faire le tour du magasin pendant 2-3 minutes avant de venir me demander si j’avais besoin de quelque chose. J’ai alors posée quelques questions sur les produits et services que propose ce magasin. Le vendeur était vraiment sympathique et m’a tout de suite mise à l’aise. Je n’ai rien acheté pour cette fois mais soyez sûr que je reviendrais avec plaisir. Pour une première expérience chez un revendeur Apple c’est une réussite ! Encore merci et à bientôt ☺
