Super friendly manager. Knew me by name the second time we met.
Nice and clean hotel, located right at the center of the town.
2 minutes walking (+ elevator) to the "Family of Man" photo exhibition.
The hotel restaurant is one of the best in town, and if you want a change, there are several alternatives at 5 minutes walking distance.
The hotel features a free car park, a closed garage for bikes (also free), and free wifi.

Wonderful family-owned hotel. Lovely spa and wellness services available. The owner was very helpful and the staff were very nice too. Food in the restaurant was amazing and there were several nice vegetarian choices. I definitely will visit again, and would recommend to friends. They were super patient as we tried out our limited French, and most spoke English once we got stuck 👍 👍 👍. Great location near chateau and lovely little town center. They went the extra mile to help us work out a scheduling mistake over a holiday weekend.

The place is really nice and we enjoyed it very much. Excellent location to visit Belgian F1 grand prix, located close to Spa-Fracorchamps circuit with less crowd in that direction on highway. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. Made to feel at home. Comfortable bed and good shower. Spacious and super clean room. Also, the food in the hotel restaurant was exceptional with an excellent selection of wines which makes it highly recommended.

Very nice hotel. It gave a romantic feeling even though we were traveling with our 6 old. Our dinner in the restaurant was a very nice experience. Excelent food served with elegance. All in all a place to re visit.

Awesome location! The staff was super helpful and the breakfast is amazing! Also of course the wine and the food. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Nice central location, nice rooms and especially warm, friendly, and welcoming staff. Make sure to get a room with balcony, for drying wet clothes or enjoying the cool evening with a drink.

Staff spoke English Dutch, French, German and Letzburgs and they where kind. They did not have chocolate sprinkles

L’espace thermale également même si un peu moins grand que ce que j’imaginais mais ça c’est moi :)
Le personnel est très sympa hyper souriant et aux petits soins ce qui est très agréable!
Le bar restaurant a été rénové il est très beau, pratique, on y a passé un bon moment :)

Ein schönes Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Familienbetrieb 3. Generation versteht man es den Kunden rundum mit gutem Service zu verwöhnen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir haben Schwimmbad und Sauna genossen. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut und an der Bar kann man den Abend schön ausklingen lassen. Danke, wir kommen gerne wieder. Dieter & Ella

Vriendelijk personeel, denk eerder gasten onvriendelijk . Goed ontbijt, tip elke dag veranderen van eiergerechten. De maaltijd was heel goed verzorgd, zowel het oog als de smaak zat goed. Hebben ervan genoten ...

Ein sehr feines Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption sowie an der Theke der lounge.
Der Chef ist sehr freundlich und hat immer ein offenes Ohr für seine Gäste.
Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen da alles passte. Das interne Restaurant ist nur zu empfehlen. Und die Lounge lädt zum abschalten ein. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gemütlich gestaltet. Die Badezimmer neu. Wer da vorbei kommt sollte dort einen Stop einlegen und sich entspannen. Den Pool und das Fitness Studio konnte ich leider nicht ausprobieren. Vielleicht beim nächsten Mal. Sehr großzügiges Frühstücks Buffet. War einfach eine klasse Woche, Dankeschön und liebe Grüße aus dem Sauerland

Heel vriendelijk personeel,wat wij erg belangrijk vinden is een hele schone kamer,ook bij het ontbijtbuffet worden steeds na wisseling van mensen tafels en stoelen met verschillende schoonmaak doekjes afgedaan.
Het 4 gangen diner was erg goed en genoeg variaties om uit te kiezen.
Mooie locatie zo in centrum
Heerlijk zwembad met zonneterras.
Heel klein minpuntje was hete zolderkamer waar wel twee ramen open konden en ventilator stond.

We hebben een paar hele fijne dagen gehad in Clervaux. Bij aankomst was alles goed geregeld, de kamer was netjes en schoon. De badkamer was groot genoeg en ook netjes schoon en ook was er voldoende opbergruimte beschikbaar op de kamer. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en een aantal van hen sprak ook Nederlands, wat zeker een groot voordeel was. Verder was het ontbijt en diner (in het restaurant) ook heel goed. Kortom, zeker een aanrader! Omdat het zo goed is bevallen zouden wij er zeker nog eens heengaan!

Het hotel ligt aan een doorgaande weg, nabij een kerk met klokken die om 06.00 al luiden.
Een perfecte centrale ligging om direct te wandelen en nabij een klein centrum en treinstation.
Prima ontbijt en 4 gangen menu bij half pension. Wenselijk zou een variatie in het menu zijn.
Vriendelijk personeel, gerenoveerde schone kamers. Jammer dat de sauna's maar tot 19.00 uur open zijn.
Fijn verblijf gehad.
