Although I did have to correct the initial order and put a lot of work into the planning myself, they are welcoming, calm, helpful, accommodating, and honest in their communication.

The tiles themselves are of high quality, originating from Italy, and the laying of the tiles is excellently done.

Moreover, they displayed integrity and clearly care about customer satisfaction, as they upgraded me to larger size tiles when the originally ordered ones were out of stock by the time my order had to be placed.

Their team that took care of our bathrooms and the flooring of our entire appartment was very nice and regularly asked for feedbacks to make sure that all was going according to plans.
