Camping Ettelbruck

Highly recommended!! This is a beautiful camping with lots of shady spots to accommodate a large 7.5 metres camper. We were able to choose our own spot. From some of the lower camping spots there are amazing views of neighbouring farms and lovely Haflinger ponies in the green hills. Monumental willow trees and other deciduous and coniferous trees provide shade and a really scenic atmosphere of nature, with birds and squirrels nearby. The showers were very clean with good drainage and hot water, there are many showers to choose from and also toilets are nice and clean and always with toilet paper.
The one thing that was a bit difficult was emptying the grey water tank near the entrance / exit, it can be a tight spot but with a talented driver it was fine!
The outdoor terrace at the bistro restaurant had a very friendly feeling, the wait staff very kind and thoughtful to us and toward our dog 🥰 The food is fresh and the service relatively quick, we didn't wait long for drinks.

This is one of the best campsites that we've been to. The team are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is delicious with a fantastic selection of (local) beers and wines. We have a camper and the plots on the site are really good. You can select shade or sun or a mixture of both, plus they have chalets and glamping. We sometimes stay for a week, or stop off on our way further south. We've been here lots. It's also very easy to walk into the town or even to jump on a train or bus to a neighbouring town or even Luxembourg city (on the free public transport). 6 out of 5. Thank you guys!

Nice camping. We could choose own spot. Free showers, no coins no push buttons, and you can control the temperature. Toilets with paper.
Relaxed atmosphere

A great site with lovely staff and the pitches / facilities were great. We'd definitely stay here again.

There is a FREE BUS into the town, as all public transport in Lux is free! Runs from directly outside the campsite, into the town centre, and to the train station,

Beautiful trees and huge spaces up on a hill.
The staff of mostly young girls is doing an awesome job.
It is up on a hill, so save some energy for the last bit, if you come by bike.

Wonderful showers and a decent amount of toilets, cleaned with dedication daily.

Best thing was if you walk away from the campground and city, there is a wonderful "forest bath" circuit on a hill nearby.
I had a great time there.

Large pitch and the price is affordable. Warm shower is included. The café in the camping place has a good atmosphere. The surroundings are green and peaceful. However, it is possible to hear the traffic during the day because the highway is not that far away. It does not bother me though.

We had a wonderful stay here end of May. Owner and personel are very friendly.
The pitches are super green with lots of green / trees. So enough shade!
And the playgrounds are really good, our four year old loved them!
Restaurant looks basic but dishes are very good.
Would definitely come back here

Fantastic campsite, all facilities clean, grounds kept well, all staff friendly and helpful. 10min walk down to town.

Lovely campsite set on a hill above the town of Ettelbruck . The owners are very friendly and gave us good advice on a local vet . Shower/toilet facility are excellent . Good dog walks from the campsite gates into the woods. Being able to choose our own pitch meant we had an elevated position in the sun in a quiet part of the campsite . Nice bar for a pint and a bite to eat . Will be back next year. Thanks Martin and Pam Howlett

We are from Sweden and have been at this campingsite for eight days, very nice place, lovely personal, top standard at shower and toilets, one fee for everything included, nothing extra to pay, lovely small city nearby with shopping, food etc, restaurants. We recommend to anyone to stay a couple of days, just 30km to Luxembourg city, very good road all the way.

Calm place with not too many kids. Very close to the city of Ettelbruck yet it still feels like you're camping in the nature. You're also free to choose your own spot, which is always nice.

Super lovely and friendly staff, nice and clean facilities, pretty view onto the fields with cows. Looking forward to be back! 🐄🌿

Lovely clean campsite with 2 parks for the children. We used it as a stopover but would liked more time.

Very nice caravan park just outside of Ettelbruck, minutes away from the town centre. Friendly staff and nice mountain view.
