Mercure Luxembourg off Kirchberg

I had a wonderful stay. The room was very stylish and clean. The staffs were very helpful. The hotel is located in quiet area but there are many good restaurants around. Since all transportation in the city of Luxembourg are free of charge, don’t need to hesitate to choose this hotel!

The hotel is located in a perfect position with the bus stop next to the entry. The rooms are very clean and the service is very good. The bathrooms are clean and the bed is comfy. The pillow is too soft for me but is a personal opinion. However, it was a beautiful experience and I'll go there another time for sure if I return to Lux.

I enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Mercure Luxembourg off Kirchberg. The hotel is modern, fresh and tastefully decorated, with restaurants within walking distance and a bus stop right outside the hotel for frequent connections into the city (5-10 min journey) and to the airport (20-30 min journey, with change). It was nice to be close to the city, but in a quieter suburb. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and rooms are very clean and modern with comfy beds. I appeared to have been upgraded to a Privilege room, which was huge and perfect for my long weekend in Luxembourg. Lobby bar was a nice place to enjoy a relaxing drink of an evening. Breakfast spread was surprisingly decent with a buffet including cereals, pastries, cold meats, cheese, yoghurts, and fruit as well as hot options including scrambled eggs and bacon. However, at €21 per day when paid on site, I did feel that this was on the pricier side, but was still enjoyable. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel and would be very happy to stay again if I were to visit Luxembourg again in the future.

We had a brilliant time. The staff were super friendly, the rooms were very modern and clean. Only slight negative was the surprising lack of sound coming through the windows, but it didn't stop me sleeping. Would definitely recommend!

I would only include a door in the shower as one gets cold with the room AC + I would stop incentivate people to drink by offering a welcome drink. Offer something else, I don't drink.

I recently stayed at the Mercure Hotel in Luxembourg and was very impressed. The room was beautifully appointed and felt brand new, providing a high level of comfort and luxury. The hotel’s bar was a standout with its cool and contemporary atmosphere.

Located a bit away from the city center, the hotel offers a peaceful setting, which I found relaxing. This, combined with the reasonable pricing, makes the Mercure an excellent choice for anyone visiting Luxembourg.

I stayed a weekend at the hotel. All very nice and cosy, building size not too big which I prefer for my stays. Easy to get there from the airport, well linked to the city center.

The hotel, despite being far from the center, was one of the best we've experienced. The hotel room had a special bathtub and a comfortable design. I highly recommend staying at this hotel; the breakfast was both delicious and impressive. The hotel is situated in an exceptionally peaceful and cozy area. It's a rare hotel where you can stay without any concerns.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms were great, the service was perfect and the location was just outside the centre. It's worth booking just for the breakfast.

A nice quiet modern small hotel in the Grund. Lots of USB ports. Easy to get to the upper levels of the city on the number 9 bus. The buses are free, modern, clean and come by often.
The room service breakfast was included as a breakfast option in the breakfast included hotel price. I'd recommend this over the breakfast buffet. The food was hot and came in cute containers. The photo is the breakfast for one!

Rooms were clean spacious. The hotel is quite popular among tourists. It’s dog friendly and located convenient near a bus stop.

The staff is helpful and knows English just in case you don’t speak French or Luxembourgish.

All around the stay was very pleasant. Will definitely stay here at my next visit.

We received un upgrade for our room and we loved it. We stayed in a room with free drinks and Nespresso machine. Rooms are wide, very clean and quiet. Staff are really kind and everything is comfortable. Great position, in front of a bus station.

Travellers looking for a comfortable and modern hotel will make a good choice with Mercure Luxembourg off Kirchberg. I recently stayed there in a classic family room and was more than satisfied with this stay. The spacious and spotless clean room included an excellent queen-size bed and A/C and some nice additional amenities like coffee and tea making facilities, a safe, a fridge, a fast Wi-Fi and numerous charging points for electrical devices. The open bathroom contains a spacious rain shower but bear in mind that there is no door between the sleeping area and the bathroom. The toilet is in a separate room, though.

In the morning, guests can start the day with an excellent and well varied breakfast buffet. Finally staff are friendly and customer oriented.

This hotel is located in Neudorf-Weimershof and I can imagine that this location can be an issue for some people. The city centre is namely 3 kilometres away and the Rue de Neudorf can hardly be described as a nice walking route. Fortunately, the free bus (line 9) stops every 15 minutes near the hotel (Neiduerf Brasserie stop). Several lines also stop here to the business district of Kirchberg, which is only one kilometre away.

I highly recommend indulging in the hotel's breakfast; it's a well-balanced, generous, and delicious start to the day. The very clean rooms added to the overall positive impression. While the hotel is a bit outside the city center, Luxembourg's compact size and free transportation make it a negligible factor.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was upgraded for free which was so appreciated. The staff were warm and friendly, the room very clean, comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was very good with hot and cold items and a large variety of options. So easy to get to Luxembourg with bus stop right outside hotel and parking ramp get outside was easy and inexpensive. I highly recommend this hotel! Our stay was lovely.

Love this hotel. Very clean and neat. Service is great. Location is great. If you wanna nick pick would prefer the room to be slightly larger. Thank you for making our stay in Luxembourg great.

Great hotel for single or couples. For family with children might be a bit small. Room is very clean and well maintained. Concierge service could be improved.. Check in from 15:00. Check out by noon. Good connection to the city by bus (bus stop just outside the hotel ). Very quiet. No parking spots.

Great hotel. The only shame is that the shower in rooms doesn't have any door/curtain. Even in a family room (with kids).

Overall nice clean rooms, great service, great location(right in front of bus stop) and decent breakfast spread.

Always good, and I was in an amazing room this time, nicest I've been in I think! And love little touches like 'hello' chocs and a beer.
Not so happy with the bar this time, the server was slow, and unpleasant. But this is very unusual and I'm sure a minor glitch. Maybe he was having a hard time.
