Very unreliable company with financial consequences!
I am a private person and upon moving out from a rental flat I ordered cleaners and window cleaners from Comco on the 11th of January 2023, for the 30th of Jan, so well in advance. It was all set in writing.
They simply didn't show up!!! They forgot to organise it!

When I started calling first they said that the cleaners were on their way, later on a second person called me and it turned out that no one was yet coming.

This was on a day when I was supposed to return the keys of my rental apartment (état de lieu de sortie). They were supposed to arrive around noon "vers 12.00 hrs" , agreed in writing.

Later I came to know that they only informed and sent the window cleaners at 13.21 the very day (30th of Jan). The cleaning ladies were cancelled by myself, because the company told me that they still had to find someone and it would have taken another hour - way too late as the "remise des clés" (returning the keys) was fixed for that afternoon.
Unacceptable market behaviour which caused me serious financial risks. Shame on their administrator!
