Aux Tanneries de Wiltz - Hotel & Restaurant

After arriving at Wiltz station in late afternoon I walked to Aux Tanneries de Wiltz as it was the nearest hotel to the station and booked a 'Confort Plus' room for one night. The room was spacious and the dinner good so I ended up staying for four nights. There is a good indoor pool and sauna suite. The rooms are good value and the staff are good. Denise, the receptionist, went the extra mile to make me welcome.

Large Room, comfy bed. Small shower cubicle, but plenty hot water and shower gel etc.
Enough wardrobe/drawer space in the more rustic style (door had a key-key!). Had a safe and a small fridge.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK enough, continental only, but lots of choice and fresh fruit.
Location was good, there are bars/restaurants near by and there was plenty of parking.
We had dinner in the restaurant and it was good, although horrified that the €28 bottle of red was only 500ml and the bottled water was €6.80.

The location was a bit tricky for us as we arrived late afternoon when was dark and the navigation system got us into their small parking lot. But fortunately we managed to find it . In the morning we noticed that they have a big parking space on the other side of the river that is crossing exactly in front of the reception. 😋

It's the 2nd time, we're here. This time, we're with child ^^ so far, it's a good experience. We have a beautiful big room, with plenty of space and a big jacuzzi. So we can really enjoy being together. On the other hand, the hotel is well located. In that sense, it's great to take some walks.

Great weekend experience. The personal at the hotel was very kind, the room was very cozy and well heated., and the facilities very clean. We also had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, which were delicious! for the price we paid, the quality ratio was excellent! Our highlight was the spa and the fdinner menu. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Luxembourg.

Great hotel. It is in a peaceful location next to the river with a lovely terrace and restaurant. Location is great with a supermarket close by. The rooms were clean and the staff were kind. The swimming pool was great too! I definitely recommend.

I found lots of comfort in this hotel, very nice clean rooms, a good restaurant and kind personnel. The spa facilities are as well very enjoyable and relaxing.

Repas et service de qualité de A à Z ! Un tout grand merci à Orlando et Ali pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment. Véritable coup de coeur pour le cœur d'artichaut à la tapenade et les ravioles aux asperges. ♡ Je recommande.

Le cadre est magnifique l’accueil chaleureux et très professionnel. Le restaurant très bon . La piscine est vraiment super et vous avez même la possibilité de réserver un créneau horaire afin de privatiser la piscine. Avec des enfants c est l’idéal !

Nous reviendrons !

Nous avons passer un agréable week-end. Dans ses lieux en famille chambre spacieuse avec bain bulle très bien manger nous y retournerons sans aucun problème
